Stephen Miano

Stephen oversees accounting operations, internal controls, and manages the treasury, cash flow and working capital. Stephen is a seasoned veteran of the hospitality industry and brings both domestic and international experience with a history of managing finance operations in the Americas, Middle East, Asia, and Europe.
Before joining Schulte, Stephen served as the CFO for Sonesta International Hotels Corporation where he was responsible for corporate and hotel property functions of finance and accounting, financial planning and analysis, risk management and strategic planning. Prior to Sonesta, Stephen was the CFO of Commune Hotels & Resorts where he led the company’s Financial, Information Technology, Legal and Administration, and Risk Management teams. Before that, he previously worked in senior finance leadership roles at Rosewood and Four Seasons.
