Geoff is a highly talented analytics executive that spent seven years in analytical leadership roles with MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, Nevada, most recently in the role of Vice President of Enterprise Analytics, where he managed more than $12 billion in annual revenues. In his prior roles with MGM, Geoff served in the capacity of Vice President of eCommerce, as well as Executive Director of Revenue Analytics. Geoff has a successful track record in leading cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives with analytical services in the areas of revenue management, loyalty marketing, CRM/direct marketing, eCommerce, Sales, Distribution, Entertainment, Media and brand marketing. Not only has Geoff demonstrated a keen ability to develop KPIs, utilize benchmarking and trend data to drive operational improvement initiatives, but he’s been instrumental in leading comprehensive studies in multiple roles that have resulted in significant labor efficiencies and drastically enhanced occupancy forecasting models.
Geoff received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. He also received his MBA in Marketing and Decision Sciences from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business. Geoff is joining Schulte to lead the Revenue Management and Sales functions with the primary focus on driving top line organizational performance.
