Brian brings with him over 20 years of hospitality experience, holding key roles on both operational and development teams for organizations such as Hilton, Gold Key | PHR, and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. Brian also managed the formation and growth of an independent private equity enterprise, Table 95 Hospitality Group – for over a decade. He led the function responsible for concept development, brand alignment and product management across the portfolio while growing company revenues over $50 million. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Brian identifies and participates in developing food and beverage programs focused on driving revenue growth along with planned, predictable company earnings. He also aims at grooming and raising next generation talent through specialized training programs that provide opportunity for professionals in the hospitality industry.
Brian is an active member of the American Culinary Federation and works with several affiliated culinary institutions on hospitality support services. Brian’s hobbies include his passion for cooking, music and the outdoors. He is an avid skier and spent time living in Colorado where he learned to appreciate the simple things in life – Faith, Family & Friends.
